The Easter Egg Tree

I have inherited Jason's Grandmother's beloved Easter Egg Tree. It has been very lovingly cared for by Jason's uncle since Grandma passed away, and at fish camp it was handed over to Jason so that our family could continue the tradition of decorating eggs to hang from the tree. Tonight Mackenzie and I were looking at all of the very intricately decorated eggs, and some of the more amateur versions (there's a Humpty Dumpty egg and a Scarecrow egg - from the Wizard of Oz, I'm sure). She asked if we'd be able to make some eggs for the tree, so I decided to show her the box that Uncle John had sent along filled with pipe cleaner hangers, plastic and styrofoam eggs. I noticed that under the sticky note labeling the box [EASTER EGGS] there was a nice looking label so I decided to remove the sticky note to read where this box had once been. Here's what it said:

This Package Contains The
Cremated Remains Of:
John E. Lyon
Date Cremated:
December 18, 2002
Funeral Home
Asheville Mortuary
So thank you, Uncle John (not the cremated one - he was a great uncle) for this little piece of history. I have already told Jason's sister that she can expect a Christmas gift to be packaged extra specially this year :)
