That's pretty funny! Cameron's playing fetch with Mooch - I think he is trying to say "Drop it!, Bring it here Mooch, Give it to me!" or something like that. Even though we hear only a high pitched scream (which can't be fun for those around him) Mooch seems to understand and respond to what he is saying.
Mackenzie looks a little grown up :). She might just start a new fad - forehead tattoos! I just might get one myself...........lol
