whatever

I have really been behind, especially when the past few weeks have been so busy and fun! Here's the cliff notes version: the Christmas season was a blast - we saw Santa at Breakfast with Santa at the kids' school (where I was the official photographer!), had lots of family gatherings, got some really great gifts, and even enjoyed our Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Some favorite gifts the kids got were a karaoke machine and a mini trampoline (that is in our living room because Santa must have forgotten that we live in a teeny house and have no where to put a trampoline). The New Year was spent in Ohio with our cousins which is always a blast. They have a pretty great hook up in their basement - digital karaoke with a stage, pool table, home theater, foosball, air hockey, etc, etc, etc. Also a pinball machine that we rocked out on - Jason almost beat the game! We took the 'family truckster' down with Petey and Andrea - Petey played wii from the backseat! The kids stayed with Grandma and Papa Eberhardt and wore them out - no one at that house saw the ball drop :) With the start of the new year came a new job for Jason - he's no longer at John Carlo but now employed with Hymmco. We think it's going to be a really positive change. He says the job's going well but what he really likes is his new truck ;) Mackenzie had to quit dance because of her knee. Dr. says she has 3-4 more months of therapy/exercise and dance was too much of a strain. She's ok with it, though, because she's now taking voice lessons! See why the karaoke machine was such a hit??? Cameron now LOVES pre-school and is really having a good time there. I've considering sending him an extra day, but he is still so little and mommy wants to keep him home with me as long as I can! He'll be starting a tumbling class in a few weeks while Mackenzie's doing her singing. It's parent-participation mandatory so I guess I better brush up on my somersaults :) Anyway, I've put a few new videos on YouTube, so check out the link to the right which should take you there. Hope everyone had a great end to 2009 and a great beginning to 2010! I'm looking forward to seeing what the rest of it brings...
