Field Day

Field day was tough for Mackenzie because she was sick (this was the day before kdg. graduation), so for her being sick means her asthma is a little worse, which in turn means breathing is a bit harder. However, she pulled through like a champ and had a great time - she even won a 'Top Frog' award for good citizenship. She was pooped by the time she got home - (her words!) and also running a fever of 102. Poor baby :(

Leap frog was her favorite activity, with tug-o-war coming in a close second. She also enjoyed a lot of the other activities, like frisbee, potato sack races, and hula hoops. She didn't care for running the bases or the 50 yd. dash, but I guess she had a good reason. Cam and I were able to cheer her on for the morning activities and he was so good and patient. I am a very blessed mom :)
