Ok, I'm having wardrobe malfunction issues. I can still wear most of my prepregnancy pants, but they're riding lower and lower, leaving me prone to my rear end sticking out. I have one pair of maternity pants (just casual cargo style) and they're too long, and they really fall off. So, unless I want my butt constantly hanging out, I'm not sure what to wear. I am having a hard time finding 'short' maternity pants (when you're 5'0" not many of the pants for 'regular' people fit). I've found some on the internet that are cute, but they're like $160+! I can't justify spending that on maternity pants (or on any pants, for that matter)!
Not only that, but I don't have a real pregnant belly yet, so it's a little too early for maternity shirts, but I do have something sticking out down there that makes everything else look frumpy. Argh! I think I'm going to try one of those belly bands and see if that will help in keeping my pants up and my belly in. Well, at least now you know that if the next time you see me and I look like a plumber, you had better keep your mouth shut :) It's a touchy subject.
It's times like this that I really miss Florida...You can always find shorts, skirts and capris when you're 'vertically challenged!"

Seriously! Don't talk about how you miss Florida when you won't come down for a visit. Just ask Mackenzie - I'm sure she wants to go to the beach with me while you shop for new clothes.
Hey woman! Does your Old Navy have maternity clothes? If not, the one in Novi does. I totally swear by them (cute clothes, yet reasonable prices), and I think they have short sized pants too!
Love how your blog is growing...we just wanna see pics of the BELLY! :)
I have been to the Old Navy here looking at maternity pants, and all the short maternity pants look like old lady pants!
But, they do have great clearance sales - I bought a few things when I was about 6 weeks along just because they were just good deals!
